Tonya Peralta is a 3rd generation Ojai Native, her great grandfather moved to Ojai in the 1920's. Her family owned and operated the first nursery in Ojai which was located on North Montgomery Street. She is a licensed real estate agent and has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. In addition, she held a Certified Real Estate Appraiser license, serving Ventura County since 2002. Her experience as an appraiser enables her to analyze market data, evaluate market conditions and trends, while having a firm handle on values in the area.
